 With its proximity to the centres Munich (90km), Augsburg (60km) and Ulm (70km) and its location close to the main transport routes A7 and A96, as well as a well-developed network of county roads of approximately 315 kilometers in length, the economic area Unterallgäu-Memmingen has excellent strategic links to the important European markets, clients and suppliers. The Bundesstraßen (A-Roads) B300 and B16 also play an important part, especially in the North-South direction.
